Enjoy a deluxe buffet created by Head Chef Terry Thamrin with king prawns, pacific oysters, roast turkey, beef & lamb PLUS your all-time Christmas favourites - the desserts! Of course, Santa will make an appearance and there will be lashings of festive spirit! This event always sells out so do not delay in planning ahead.
GRAND BALLROOM

For those dining in the Grand Ballroom be ahead of the queue and pre-order your Christmas Day beverages for great savings. Beat the rush of ordering on the day and enjoy the ease of having your drinks waiting on your table as you arrive - setting the tone for a relaxed and extra special day with loved ones. Regular bar services will also be available on the day.
GRAND SALON
From 11:30am. Members $170, Non Members $184 (includes unlimited beverages for three hours)
With the closure of Rawsons Restaurant the Grand Salon will be this year’s adults only room. As well as having a private dessert buffet this space will be sold with all-inclusive beverages offering bottomless soft drinks, tap beers, red & white wine. The ideal choice for a sophisticated space with relaxed, refinement! Please note it is not an option to dine in the Grand Salon without the beverage package inclusion.
THE TERRACE
From 12:30pm. Members $145, Non Members $159. Children 2-12 years $49.
Dine outside on The Terrace, our covered all-weather verandah, and enjoy a quieter al fresco environment. For those dining on the Terrace be ahead of the queue and pre-order your Christmas Day beverages for great savings. THE BOARDROOM
From 12:30pm. Minimum spend $3400.
Enjoy the luxury of a private room for up to 20 people in our spectacular Boardroom. Exclusively yours this is the ultimate Christmas Day experience with a room just of your own for you and your family. The Boardroom can hold up to 20 guests and requires a minimum spend of $3400 (members pricing for up to 20 people plus 3 hour beverage package).
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:
It is our intention that the Christmas Day buffet is designed to accommodate all dietary requirements including gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian. We cannot offer modifications to this menu due to the risk of cross contamination. If you have allergies or other requirements, please review the menu to check if it meets your needs before booking. All guests are required to eat from the buffet and special meals or plating cannot be serviced for the safest possible outcome.
SPECIAL REQUESTS:
Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for table locations (i.e. ‘same table as last year’) due to a changed floorplan.
MOBILITY & HIGHCHAIRS:
When booking your tickets please comment if you have mobility issues including wheelchair or walkers so that we can seat you in a suitable location to ensure you have the best day possible. If you need a highchair, please advise our staff when booking.
